Estas percep\u00e7\u00f5es normalmente est\u00e3o erradas e superestimam o quanto realmente \u00e9 consumido (Foxcroft 2015).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Impacto<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em um estudo sobre estudantes relatando o consumo de frutas e vegetais (Nix &amp; Wengreen 2017), os investigadores mediram o consumo por auto-relato antes e depois dos participantes receberem v\u00e1rias mensagens informativas. Estudantes no grupo de \u201cconsumo baixo\u201d (recebendo a mensagem que estavam abaixo do percentil 20 de consumo) relataram um aumento de meia x\u00edcara de frutas e vegetais e o aumento de uma x\u00edcara na percep\u00e7\u00e3o de consumo dos colegas, enquanto n\u00e3o houve diferen\u00e7a significativa nos outros grupos (percentil 20 ou maior de consumo ou nenhuma mensagem).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Passos para preven\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estudos utilizando medidas objetivas est\u00e3o menos suscet\u00edveis ao vi\u00e9s de percep\u00e7\u00e3o.
